Sightseer Coffee is a women-run coffee roastery that sources all of their beans from women-run farms! We couldn't think of a better partner than that.

We're currently carrying three of their delicious roasts, all whole bean. Take a look, but be warned, it's deliciously addicting!

SUNSHINE DAYDREAM LIGHT ROAST BLEND

We taste notes of milk chocolate, raspberry, orange marmalade, and honey.

You know those people that can get along with anyone? Sweetly straightforward, they can walk into any situation and fit right in? This is the hot beverage version of those people. We love it on pour-over, but no matter how you serve it, this coffee's a dream come true.

  • Roast level: Light
  • Origins: Ethiopia & Mexico
  • Regions: Yirgacheffe & Oaxaca
  • Process: washed
DAD BOD- MEDIUM ROAST BLEND

We taste notes of chocolate, toffee, cinnamon, and plum.

This coffee's got some added heft, but hey—we love that about him. Deeply sweet and pleasant, we especially dig this dude on immersion methods (think French press and Aeropress) that allow lots of chewy, chocolatey body to develop.

  • Roast level: Medium
  • Origins: Mexico & Ethiopia
  • Regions: Oaxaca & Yirgacheff
  • Producers:
  • Process: washed
SEASON OF THE WITCH-  DARK ROAST

We taste notes of fudge, molasses, and bourbon cherry. Syrupy and thicc! Is every day Halloween when it comes to your coffee? We get it. We worked some witchy magic to get this one tasting roasty and toasty but never burnt or bitter.

  • Roast level: Dark like your soul
  • Origin: Mexico
  • Region: Oaxaca
  • Producers: Margarita Eus Gabriel and Marcelina Perez Rodriguez
  • Process: washed

El Prisma Pride Collection- A collaboration with Out Youth!

Grounded by chocolatey tones and rounded off with fruity high notes, this is a beautifully-balanced joy of a blend. No matter the brew method, this bb tastes fabulous. We recommend drinking it with a banned book, at a drag brunch, or while testifying before the Texas Legislature

  • Roast level: Medium
  • Origins: Mexico and Ethiopia
  • Regions: Oaxaca & Yirgacheff

Hellacious - Espresso Roast

We taste notes of cocoa, brown sugar, almond butter, and orange.

  • Roast level: Medium
  • Origins: Mexico & Guatemala
  • Regions: Oaxaca & Huehuetenango
  • Process: washed

Bat Country - Dark Roast Ethiopia

We taste notes of semisweet chocolate and orange blossom with a velvety rose tea finish. This coffee reminds us of Austin: dark and velvety like a late summer evening on the Congress Street bridge, and just as unexpectedly sweet as seeing all those little bat pups learn to fly.

  • Roast level: Dark, but not as dark as Season of the Witch
  • Origin: Ethiopia
  • Region: Yirgacheffe
  • Processed: washed

Killer Queen - Daaaaaark Roast

We taste notes of bakers chocolate and roasted pecan with a rich, robust roastiness.

  • Roast level: Daaaaaarrrrrkkkk
  • Origin: Nicaragua
  • Region: Jinotega
  • Producers: Las Hermanas, Soppexcca Cooperative

Space Cowboy- 𝗟𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁/𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗿𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁, 𝗘𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗮

We taste notes of peach cobbler, rosé wine, and sweet florals

Space Cowboy is a rotating seasonal microlot that we're particularly excited about. Something surprising. Something different. Something eye-opening. Basically the David Bowie of coffees.

Right now it's a natural process Ethiopian Yirgacheffe from Mrs. Tigest Wako, a member of the Cafe Imports/Lulo Small Farmers Project, which helps ensure transparency and allows producers more control over pricing and contracts. Mrs. Tigest's farm is planted with heirloom Ethiopian varieties. During harvest season, ripe cherries are carefully hand picked, sorted, and then placed on raised beds where they are turned and dried in the sun. This style of processing (called “natural”) generally yields a complex and choco-fruity cup. We love it when we find naturals like this one - sweet, balanced, and not overly zingy.

  • Roast level: Medium
  • Origin: Ethiopia
  • Region: Idedo, Yirgacheffe
  • Producer: Mrs. Tigest Wako
  • Altitude: 1900-2400 meters
  • Variety: Heirloom
  • Process: Natural

Eventide - Decaf

We taste notes of dark chocolate, almond cookie, and vanilla bean. Love coffee but caffeine does ya dirty? Make Eventide your new sugar boo. The EA "sugarcane" decaffeination process maintains the flavor and sweetness of the bean, meaning your coffee habit can be deliciously jitter-free.

  • Roast level: Medium–Dark
  • Origin: Colombia
  • Region: Tolima
  • Producer: Marta Bayter, El Vergel Estate
