Return Policy
Due to the artisanal nature of our products, all sales are final.
Returns
We hope you are happy with all of the artisanal products you purchased, therefore we do not accept any returns once your purchase leaves the store. Unfortunately if your artisanal item is broken, opened or punctured in transit, we can not replace it for you.
Exchange
Any item that has not been damaged, opened or used is welcome to be exchanged so long as you can provide your receipt for proof of purchase, and it is within 7 days of purchase. We're sorry, but all skincare and food is final sale.

Please mark subject line as "EXCHANGE REQUEST". If a request comes in after 7pm we will do our best to respond before the end of the day, but can make no promises, due to our other businesses.
