Mini Journal / Notebook

A professor from UPenn saw these cute minis and told me how they suggested students/patients to carry such mini notebooks around and called them "hunt for the good" journals.  Use them to jot done quick thoughts, ideas, quotes, etc--but as this professor suggested--use it to write down 5 good things that happened to you during the day
