Our Story:
The first batch of Protein Cookies was born in Austin and raised in my apartment kitchen in 2020, inspired by a simple goal: make a protein cookie that tasted more like Grandma Shirley’s cookies than the chalky ones on the shelf. We’ve come a long way since the apartment kitchen, but the philosophy hasn’t changed...good food still starts with good ingredients.
Why We’re Different:
The 10+ grams of protein come from nuts, eggs, and bovine collagen, not powders or fillers. That’s why the texture is soft and chewy instead of dry or gritty. This is a cookie first, and a protein snack second.
Small, But Mighty:
We still ship every order from our office in Austin. That means you might get a handwritten note, some extra goodies for your team to try, or even a cameo from our office dog, Stanley.
